At The Vitality Project, we believe that getting your supplements quickly and reliably is just as important as the quality of the products themselves. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver.
Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £50. Because we think looking after your health shouldn't cost more than it needs to.
Orders under £50 are subject to a flat-rate delivery charge of £3.99.

How We Fulfil Your Order
The Vitality Project operates as a curated retail platform. This means your order is fulfilled directly by our trusted supplier partners — all of whom are vetted UK-based supplement providers.
What this means for you:
- Your order may arrive in more than one parcel if you've ordered from multiple suppliers
- Each parcel will be dispatched separately but within the same timeframe
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information for each parcel
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1 working day of being placed. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
You will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- A dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has shipped
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 working days of placing your order please check your spam folder before contacting us.
International Shipping
At present, The Vitality Project ships to UK addresses only. We are working to expand our delivery reach and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
Delivery Issues
My order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe Occasionally deliveries can be delayed due to factors outside our control — high demand periods, adverse weather or carrier delays. If your order is more than 2 working days late beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
My order arrived damaged We take great care in ensuring products are packaged securely. If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
I've received an incorrect item If you've received the wrong product please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve this as a priority.
